The Long Term Care Safety Specialist Certification - LTC-SSC™ - 12 contact hours
The Long Term Care Safety Specialist Certification Program is designed to equip a member of the nursing staff to serve as a resource to develop and sustain a culture of safety. The objectives of the program are to prepare a Long Term Care Safety Specialist within the nursing home to:

Certification Specifics
The program consists of four units. To qualify for certification, you must:-Participate in all four units.
-Independently review the supplemental materials
-Pass with a score of at least 80%. If you do not pass the exam the first time, you will be able to retake it once at no additional charge.
