2. identify at least 6 factors that affect the ability to offer feedback
3. outline considerations in offering feedback
4.  identify 4 factors that can demonstrate openness to feedback

In order to fulfill requirements to obtain the contact hour the learner must read the entire module, take and pass the test with a score of at least 70%, and submit the Continuing Education Registration and Evaluation Form on the last page of this module. Contact hours for this program will be offered through 2013.
